What counts as a standard managed update?
Routine changes to existing text, photos, hours, links, testimonials, services, and pricing. One request is handled at a time and is typically completed within three business days. New pages, replacement designs, integrations, custom functionality, extensive copywriting, and structural changes require a separate scope.

Prefer to own the website outright?
Upfront ownership starts at $3,500. The standard build includes ownership after final payment plus 30 days of technical support. Ongoing hosting and updates are separate.
Managed clients can convert to ownership using the published schedule: remaining balance before month 12, $1,500 after 12 completed payments, $750 after 24, and included after 36.

Is there a setup fee or long-term contract?
The Managed Website plan is $175 per month with no setup fee. It is month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. Presence and Advanced scopes are confirmed before work begins.
What happens after I choose a plan?
Your first payment activates the project. You will receive the intake and provide the business information, assets, and access Summit needs. Once the project is production-ready, Summit begins building the approved website scope.
How quickly will my website be ready for review?
The Managed Website plan includes a working initial up-to-five-page draft within 3 business days after Summit receives your first payment, completed intake, required business information, assets, and necessary access. Timelines for Presence and Advanced are confirmed with the final scope.
What does unlimited standard content edits mean?
One active request at a time through Summit’s standard support process. It covers routine updates to existing text, photos, business hours, links, testimonials, service details, and small pricing changes, typically within 3 business days. It does not include new pages, redesigned or replacement designs, integrations, custom functionality, extensive copywriting, structural changes, or emergency/same-day support.
What happens if I cancel?
Summit-managed hosting and service end after your current paid period. Your domain and the business assets you provided remain yours. If you want to take ownership of the client-specific website build, the ownership terms above apply.
Can I take ownership of the website?
Yes. You can purchase the standard build upfront for $3,500 or use the published transfer schedule: before 12 paid consecutive months, $3,500 minus monthly payments already made; after 12 months, $1,500; after 24, $750; after 36, included.
What requires a separate quote?
Ecommerce, memberships, custom applications, advanced booking or payment systems, complex integrations, extensive copywriting, advanced SEO, CRM or automation work, new pages, and major redesigns require a separate scope and quote.
